If you have ordered an item through this website and have entered your billing and shipping information, you agree to pay this order in full at the time of purchase. If there is any question related to your responsibilities of payment or any disputes, you may contact us via email or by phone.
Return/Refund Policy
All new, uninstalled items can be returned and refunded within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging, clean and free from any damage. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Upon inspection and cleared of damage/installation a refund will be processed back to the original card the item was purchased on. If that is not possible, a check will be mailed to the address on file. All returns must be issued a return authorization number, contact our office during normal business hours to obtain an RMA number before shipping your return. Special order items and unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
For Turbochargers Being Sent In For Rebuild
There is a $40.00 inspection fee for any turbocharger inspected by Turbo Repair, LLC. This fee will be waived if a turbo is repaired by Turbo Repair, LLC. We recommend draining all fluids and placing your turbocharger in a bag that can be sealed before placing in a sturdy box with ample packing material for proper shipping. Please use proper packing material material to insure no damage during the shipping process. We recommend using FedEx or UPS to ensure tracking information and proper insurance on your package.
You will be contacted with a quote after we receive and inspect your turbocharger. If the repairs are not approved, the turbocharger will be returned at the owner's expense, plus the inspection fee. If a turbocharger is left for more than 30 days because of refusal to pay costs/inacurate contact information or no contact back from the customer within the 30 days, it will be sold to recover costs.
Delivery Method
Most items will be delivered via FedEx or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Any items in stock at our facility will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is processed. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified via email or phone.

To place an order with us, you must enter a user name and email address. This is solely for the purpose of easy ordering in the future. We also request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
